COVID-19 Procedures
The COVID-19 Pandemic has caused new and interesting challenges for not only the real estate economy, but American businesses at large.
At First Solutions Title we have managed to maintain and improve our quality of service throughout the pandemic. We value efficiency, transparency, and safety above all, and we have extended this mission from our settlement services to the health and well-being of our clients.
Until then we appreciate you follow these steps if you have a closing with First Solutions Title:
1. If you are ill or have any symptoms at all, please let us know. We will work with all parties involve and schedule a safe closing time and location.
2. Please be on time for your closing. We are scheduling closing so that the parties of different transactions are not in the office at the same time. If you are not on time, you could be putting others in danger.
3. We also offer remote video conferencing for anyone that would like to attend the closing remotely. Just let us know in advance and provide an email address. You will need a computer with a webcam and audio.
4. Our closing location will be sanitized before and after each closing. We will also have hand sanitizers available for you to use.
5. We provide our branded pens for closings; we ask that you take them with you. They write great and look even better. You can never have enough great writing pens. If you choose not to take them, they will be sanitized thoroughly.
